Is the static ability overbearing in a medium power cube do you think? That's potentially 12 mana turn 6 in a mono green deck.

It's strong but it acts kind of like a sorcery in that situation. I don't mind things being powerful as long as they don't run away with incremental gains, which I think Nissan, Worldwaker definitely does.

Burning prophet kicks ass! Triggering from anything noncreature is a brilliant design move from WoTC, and the scrying really helps with keeping it going. This is a slam dunk in my opinion.

Since you can't get rid of it, I think it's super narrow. I don't think I've ever seen a constructed deck run it, so I doubt it would be useful in most draft decks. It's a cool card, but not very useful in my eyes!

Might be a consequence of them wanting to reprint snow basics but not make it irrelevant for draft.
