I mean it makes sense although I personally also thought it would be an Equipment (Which by the way always begin with capital) Artifacts are Equipments for the players. Tools at our disposal. Like Bag of Holding. Equipments are tools at the disposal for our summoned units.

In my opinion, yes. The humanoid is abstract enough to let me believe it could be a lingering spell in addition to a creature.

For me its only the unblockable that does it. That and of course the fact that it could be 5/5 and worded like normal cards.
