I like how the Titan (Uro at least. The rest haven’t been spoiled so far) is an M11 titan when on the battlefield. 6/6 Giant. Ability when enters the battlefield or attacks. Also I like how The Binding of the Titans help put the titans into the graveyard where they flavorfully can escape from.

This is another first with a new wording. It simply mentions ability. Not activated or triggered but just ability. First Titan from Theros. The five mono-colored Gods banished these to take control of Theros but now they seem to be back. It has ‘evoke: do nothing’ :P

With Treasure tokens your tokens can improvise and help pay for one mana. Then they are done. With Gold tokens your tokens can improvise and help pay for one mana. Then they can also be sacrificed to add one mana that you can spend on casting a second spell.

I remember they wanted the token to tap and sacrifice instead of just sacrifice. Gold token had a flaw according to Wizards. So they made Treasure tokens. However now they are back on Theros and kind of have to go back to Gold tokens for this one set since original Theros had Gold tokens.

If that is the case, then this is only semi-original :P If this is any Basic land, then I think this card is stronger than Wall of Omens for Power max cubes. You would much rather have a tutor for land than a card draw early in the game. Artifact type is relevant. Gaining 2 life is also a bonus...

Okay I would advice you to make changes to your cube cards be temporary and not permanent. Even though it is against the Risk Legacy rules. Having a player upgrade one of his cards for one tournament is fun and original. If the change is permanent or semi-permanent until the banhammer hits = no...
