If I were Wizards I would not care for limited for this one set. It is all about going all in and create an amazing story and an ultimate final. Limited comes second this one specific set. If they manage to create a good limited experience = bonus.

Holy s.. I have been so focused on Cube that I forgot all about Standard. There’s going to be tons of walkers in Standard when this set releases. Many of them will probably not be good but there has got to be someone making a Superfriends deck work in upcoming Standard meta post WAR release :D

I disagree. For the reasons stated above in this discussion about some players being better than others and being better at reading signals correct. But I guess it is alright to have some people disagree on an online forum every now and then. My players would not get tricked by the frames...

Don’t be confused by the green-blue frame. What matters is the requirements to cast the card and not which colors the frame has.

There are obviously exceptions to any rule and logic. If we suddenly start looking at the card text on the card then we can derive such an exception. Because the card text creates an exception. The topic at hand is the hybrid mana cost and that does not signal a multicolored Guild being...

I do not think a hybrid card signals that the multicolored Guild is part of the cube. That is merely the players reaching a wrong conclusion because their logic fails. Nothing in a Simic hybrid cards points toward Simic being open/in the cube. Maybe it is the two-colored frame that can confuse...

This confirms the Russian Facebook spoilers. Also there will be no need for a custom Simic proliferate land anymore with Karn’s Bastion.

Are you running that Go (to) Hell that I praised so much in 2017? ;) I was wondering if we should change Go to costs 1U instead of just U and be able to Disperse instead of just Unsummon in order for it to: 1. Not look like a Dimir variant of Time Wipe 2. Combo with Demonic Pact

Yeah but the fake version was overly pushed. Like instaban pushed. Proliferate should not be a 2 mana ability that can be activated each turn :P On a 2-drop.
