I think one cool application would be some kind of desert cube, where every card has an approbriate land on the back (basics for mono colored, wastes for colorless and tapped dual on multicolor). Then you would after the draft figure out which 17 cards you want to turn over.

That card is awesome but it's not a hybrid.

Group Project is pretty awesome white prowess support, works with tokens too. I would add it 100% if I get anything to replace Make your Mark. That being said, I am noticing that we haven't seen any hybrids yet. Starting to get worried this set won't have any. I was really hoping for good...

I think the power level is a little high. Mechanically, I like what they are doing. But all of them have pretty sick base stats, I can't put them into my cube.

I mean, it's one power/creature, but yeah, I think you're right. I'm just a little scared of lands that generate value but don't turn into creatures or sac themselves, because they are hard to interact. But I guess this is much more tame than Ba Sing Se, which was annoying in retail draft.

Oran-Rief, the Vastwood I keep expanding the green lands theme. This has some overlap with tokens and devotion. Is it good/bad? Cool/GRBS?

Im a vacuum this is probably worse than Cathar Commando. But as I support a lifegain theme that could need another enabler, I will happily add extra utility to this bread and butter effect slot.
