Nah, dropping some Blue one-drop on T1 and then going Grand Architect -> 4-drop artifact on T2 is totally fine in blacksmithy land. (Or maybe it isn't? I dunno — again, I don't really understand what blacksmithy sees as "balanced" for creature cards.)
