Have they tried mono-red aggro with 4 Wastelands?

I want to build a cube with a removal metagame but it would kind of need to be built from scratch. Basically I want the cool "play around this" metagaming that happens in Standard, and that doesn't really happen (to anywhere near the same extent) when 100% of your removal spells are singleton.

I should have elaborated. It's more that both have some sort of creature / board dependency, whereas Lightning Helix of Finks or Nighthawk can all just do their thing on their own.

I wish either of these really worked in control.

Well, either way I wouldn't expect this new mana type to appear in other sets. Let's not forget that Phyrexian mana occurred in only the small set of a three-set block. I don't really expect this to be an evergreen mechanic either way. Maybe this is just a new type of mana that is never used...

It's probably a much more reasonable suggestion in low power. However, Evolving Wilds favors slower archetypes far more than aggressive ones. It's amazing in Limited, where you're no curving out every turn, and I would think that this solution would cause balance shifts that would have to be...

I just don't think Hangarback Walker creates very interesting games of Magic, and this is a similar card (dies to create 1/1 flyers). Not sure which card is more annoying.

I imagine this is also true. I mean, sure, one could conceivably have some graveyard stuff to amplify it. My main question, and this will be seen in action, is whether there is good play and counter-play with the card. One of white aggro's big downfalls is that it lacks reach and lacks card...

Also played BFZ sealed with my brother today. Put together this really fun 4-color control deck, probably the most fun I've ever had playing Sealed. Also, new Kiora is a really cool design. I'm a fan.
