I have recently read Ubik and Lies of Locke Lamora, and will post reviews if I ever get more time on my hands. Lies is great for anybody who was a fan of Name of the Wind.

Combine with Curse of Death's Hold for a build-your-own Plague Wind.

Assuming we built a cube with lots of FoW and broken shit, what archetypes / combos / cards would you want to see in it? Keep in mind (if possible) competing demand, and assume each deck would have access to about 3 Moxen.

How much more baller is this card when everybody has 2-3 Moxen in their decks? Kor Skyfisher T1: Land, Mox, Skyfisher, Mox, 1-drop, Go.

Yeah, I don't see it as that much of a drawback, but I'm also not running even the white two-power fliers. Or 3 of the 4 cards you linked to.

The problem with Colossus is that it's so atrocious if you don't Tinker it, which makes it narrow. And it's not really a strong incentive to even play a Tinker deck.

I am running Kavu Predator, but it's only been in one draft. I don't think it got played, but one guy had RG Punishing Fire / Grove ramp deck online. Being able to deal 4 damage on a whim was pretty awesome. There's a lot of incidental lifegain floating around currently, so I imagine Kavu...

UG has lots of good cards but they all cost 3. I am running Horizon Chimera currently, mostly for the lifegain, but maybe it's serviceable. I really wish it had 3 toughness so that it could conceivably flash-block something that isn't Augur of Bolas.

Does the blue thing have to be attacking? I think Phantasmal Bear is perfectly serviceable. Are there even many non-lethal cube things that target a 2/2? Aside from equipping a sword, as I errantly discovered during my last cube draft.
