Yeah, I have been watching a lot of Shroomed vids on YouTube over the last few weeks. Back in 06/07 the only Doc content were some really outdated Captain Jack match vids and a Bob Money combo video.

Well if that show were at all accurate I would imagine you would be dead by now due to the ludicrous number of storms/bombs/sinkholes/crashed cruise ships/icicles/ghosts/angry widows/airplane crashes/etc.

I agree that you should see multiples of drafted cards, but not necessarily multiples of basic lands. Frankly I'd be okay with the basic lands just being text at the bottom. 4 Island 3 Mountain 3 Plains

Uh, one time we had five and we did "forced shards" drafting, where we sat in a color and you had to play a deck of your assigned shard. You could draft whatever you wanted, but only tap lands for your assigned colors. It was not the worst.

I don't think a 4/4 for 4 mana is "not good" though. Unexciting sure, but it can still get in there and affect the battlefield. In the same sense that I don't mind Ghor-Clan Rampager just being a 4/4 dude, but it's really nice that he provides other options and utility. If Rosheen were a 3/3...

Ah, by contrast our FLGS has an in-store bar and is open every day til like 3am. Finding a venue is never an issue around here.
