This is also just a call out for powerful cheap cube cards. They don't have to be obscure or anything.

I am looking for fun cards for a draft environment, for under, say, 50 cents each. I want to build a stock "starter cube" list that can be built for ~$100.

The convention I've seen is to sort by converted mana cost, but it's not so important. I can't tell what some of the creatures in the UWR deck are.
