    Card/Deck Aetherling

I run Consecrated Sphinx. My control decks would be too weak without it.

This might be doable, but in the meantime I think we have to rely on signatures. Great graphic, by the way.

    In a Strange Land

What I found most surprising is how utterly out of place out of place I felt at a gathering dedicates to playing a "household" game. I am sure there are Magic players that would feel the same way if they attended one of my cube drafts. The people there also didn't seem to perceive that somebody...

Extremely Sneaky Cube (360) (It's Grozoth Time)

TravisWoo.cube I'll be curious to see what other types of decks can actually use these cards. Maybe more fixing and "Bringer of the ____ Dawn" cards. For the lands, you're running 2X Fetchland and only 1X Shockland. I would bump it up to two cycles of Shocklands, and maybe try moving some of...

    Dom's Cube(s)

Hey Dom, these look extremely solid (although I may be a little biased here). I'll be interested in seeing how wild mongrel works out for you, it's been pretty unimpressive here after I dropped the Reanimator theme. Nest Invader has been great even in my main cube, and provides nice overlap with...

    General Say hello!

There's a solid mix between bots crawling our site and actual lurkers. But yes, we get a lot of non-registered traffic. Everyone is welcome!

    Card/Deck [M14] Elvish Mystic

Eugh, yeah. I try not to dwell on it. I think it's far more important to collectively focus on what we are than what we aren't. I don't really talk about that forum much, other than providing a playful joke link that most people probably didn't even notice. Everybody knows how I feel about the...

    Card/Deck [M14] Elvish Mystic

:p Uh... isn't that like trying to ask people why they rickroll? You're going to need a better authority figure than me to answer the question of why humans attempt really stupid jokes for no reason.

    Gimmicky Cube (540, unpowered, themed)

Porcelain Legionnaire is really good in almost every deck. I almost never pay 3 mana for it.

You could always run something like Crystal Shard in your blue section.

    Forum Aesthetics and Usability

Hi guys. We had a chat today about possible improvements to the forum functionality and aesthetics, and would appreciate any and all feedback so that we can make improvements. Keep in mind these are all software related, not content related. Some questions: What do you like about these forums...

The only units we ever made up were "incomps", which were units measuring amount of incompetence.

    General Cube Tribal

Yeah, I've seen that errata before, but... eh. I'm not against it, but don't find it strictly necessary either. Creature type errata gives a lot of interesting options (e.g. Rebels), but I wonder if there's a certain point where you're not just better served by entirely custom cards.

    General Cube Tribal

Well, Zombies without breaking singleton is just weak sacrifice/recursion stuff. The only card I run that cares about Zombies is Gravecrawler (4x, admitedly). Jim hit the head on the interesting part of it though. They give you a deck that performs differently (lots of play / interaction)...

How do the rules work if the player only has one-card in hand?

General A Thought About Two Player Drafting

I understand the dynamic, but I don't know how well liked it would be. It feels like being extra-spikey just to be extra-spikey, and the system isn't very clean either. Especially when the goal is to get there to be more competition for cards. Also, one of the biggest issues with two-player...
