I don't know. Even with Urborg in your deck, Mutilate still demands a heavy black bias. It's really bad if you can't have it be more than an expensive Infest, and having to draw two specific cards to make a card playable is pretty suspect. I think Languish, for all its "boring" WYSIWYG-ness...

I can dig that card! Maybe I do want an artifact subtheme in my cube after all? Could be in Izzet colors now, couldn't it? Edit: I also love, love, love how they find more ways to print artifact friendly cards that don't need an artifact count of 9000 in your limited deck to make them playable.

Each player chooses one phase in secret, the players then reveal them simultaneously. Only the chosen phases are played in that round, and each player gets a bonus in the phase he or she chose. If both players chose the same phase, they both get a bonus in that phase.
