You can't play basic lands, your minimum deck size is 40, and this is one of the 5 cards you can leave out. I think constructing a real deck with this might be harder than you think. It's pretty funny that if you draft 5 other Conspiracies you literally can't play this as your deck count will...

I think there might be a good argument for Collected Company. It's powerful, build-around so it's good to get early, and it's the only green card in the pack.

I like this one, and I think I'd probably add a line saying that when [CARDNAME] leaves the battlefield, remove all collapse counters from permanents you control. Otherwise you'd end up with a bunch of counters that don't do anything on all your cards.

I wouldn't play Wasteland in a format with bounces but I like it well enough in traditional (Fetch/Shock/ABU) manabases. I mean, you can always fetch basics if you don't want to get Wasted, right?
