Another vote for temples. Maybe even 20?

Goblin Welder Mindslaver Faithless Looting Panic Spellbomb

It might go down eventually as legacy Lands cuts PFire for Abrupt Decays but I wouldn't hold your breath.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion??

Adding a couple more packs to the draft (CubeTutor grids are 18 packs to Jason's 16) might give aggressive and synergy decks more space to come together.

I go 1.2 all the way to 2x, usually 1.2 or 1.5 but I've been doing TV shows at double speed for years. (just backlogs of shows, not anything currently airing, but it helped me blow through The West Wing and Babylon V among others.

a) the Best Show really is. (bestshow.net, live on Tuesday nights) b) nothing else compares or actually even comes close. If you have a favourite comedian, I will literally bet you money that the Best Show is their favourite show too. c) podcasts which come close to coming close: TAL is...

If you're willing to run customs I've really been impressed with Nullstone Monolith. Pentad Prism is worse than the competition but still interesting, and I like the new SOI yard-check rock.

Please note that I just cut Caller for not performing enough, too. I'd easily cut Mayor, Wisps or Valorous Stance if I could get a Lotus Cobra in there.

I've 8-3'd with Paladin a couple times lately, once focusing on getting 2-drops and another time drafting two Consecrations and five(!) Keepers of Uldaman. I like the heartharena tier list for evaluating draft picks.

Okay, trying again - does someone want to grid draft with me tonight? I'm GMT-8.

This might actually be the perfect place for the weird spins on Cascade I tried with Izzet Pyrocrat. I'm thinking specifically: Eldrazi Ambushers {3}{c} Creature - Eldrazi Drone Flash Cascade into Eldrazi 4/2 (or Cascade Into Colorless, which might need a different keyword, like Extrude or...

Sure; we could also do the games over Cockatrice if you like.

I'm at 29% (89/302), which is quite close to that number as well. I still don't think Appetite for Brains is reliably good though; Duress hits most of the same important targets, is relevant earlier, and is more likely to offer the caster a choice of targets (I have 67% which is a little high...

Sure but it's a little late tonight. If you're interested tomorrow afternoon/evening, PM me.

Grid Drafting - PM me if you want to draft this or another open Grid tonight. You can also post in the thread and I'll get a notification! Pack 1 Pack 2 Pack 3 Pack 4 Pack 5 Pack 6 Pack 7 Pack 8 Pack 9 Pack 10 Pack 11 Pack 12 Pack 13 Pack 14...

I really like Shardless Agent, and I'd run her again in a heartbeat if I had a more proactive blue two-drop section (it's mostly counterspells, which you can just choose not to cast when you Cascade into them, but that still sucks). Erik's sample deck looks amazing! Being able to cascade on turn...
