Card/Deck Devour

Hi guys! I just saw CML say something appreciative about Dragon Broodmother s I started thinking about devour creatures. I'm trying to find some value graveyard stuff for my durdly black and/or green decks. Devour has some crossover with my white token makers, so I just need to find the right devour guys. Here's the ones that seem playable:

Any thoughts? Do these just suck?

Edit: I added Mycoloth to that list, I forgot it until I left the house.

Let me say that, even in my cube specifically designed around low power token sacrificing (Eldrazi Domain), these guys were kind of turds. I wanted to believe, but...

Is mycoloth not good enough? He seems kind of insane to me, especially if you have other effects that give counters like varolz, the scar-striped

Mycoloth was good enough there, but I had it taken out to reduce the number of board-clogging elements.

I think Caldera Hellion might be playable, but he's more of a sweeper that happens to eat tokens.

yeah of the above i think only mycoloth and broodmother are strong enough for the avg riptide cube. still, they're pretty cool! and these guys gotta be worth a try (esp. with stuff like Mogg War Marshal)
