I'll start with the post that gave me the idea:

After four pages of discussion around UG and tempo, nobody could remember what tempo even meant any more. Eric Chan sums it up on the previous page:

The only word more confusing than 'archetype' at this point is 'tempo'. Good thing I support the tempo archetype, which can out-tempo any no-theme midrangy archetype in my tempo-based format!

Grillo cuts to the heart of it and totally clarifies the whole subject.

The last post in the thread is me saying this:

Grillo should stop playing magic and work on world peace or something.

... which appears to be what happened!
