I'm the first person to complain about Wizards printing EDH garbage, but there's been refreshingly little of it in this set.

LUCAS SPITTING HOT FIRE it would have to be a lot stronger to compete with all the good 5s in white, and the more powerful equipment you would want to combine with this is obnoxious (Swords of X and Y, Jitte, etc.)

I really like this set so far, no Legacy tools as of yet but plenty of fun Cube cards.

It's certainly possible - Gemstone Mine is probably fine here - but fetchlands do a lot here as you can imagine.
