If you are referring to blinking an unearthed thing to avoid it being exiled, it does not work. Unearth says: "Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield". Uncheatable!

The border of Gollum looks just like the black border from the warhammer/universes beyond cards, including the holo stamp. As Chris said, we don't have examples of hybrid cards with that border, but we do have some lands with the usual two-color pinline. As most people seem to do, I assume...

Since limited decks are not going to be played a ton of times, tutors are good at increasing their consistency and letting people find their key pieces in more games. I think the (card) disadvantage of the tutors-to-top is not trivial and can make up for the strong consistency and flexibility.
