    General (WHO) Dr. Who Spoilers

I'm sure living end and rhino players would appreciate your proposed interaction at least. I don't feel like you're trying very hard to engage with what I'm saying here, but to be clear, the card doesn't lose the ability suspend, nor have I suggested it did. I'm drawing a distinction between a...

    General (WHO) Dr. Who Spoilers

It's not a state based action, it's simply the definition of what it means to be suspended, which the 0mv card at no point qualifies for. Are you just ignoring that the context in which I made that statement was after you wrote "they don't have suspend" to my example about exiling cards that...

I have to wonder what part of it was conceptually exactly for you. I'm pretty into sagas and suspend and in that respect it's a bit lackluster, but I've kind of come to expect that from most releases that I'll probably get at most 2 cards of a given theme I'm interested in. Given that I've...

Suspend cards, which is to say Search for Tomorrow, Rift Bolt, etc, don't have suspend? Why do you think it has that "don't have suspend" clause? No, it becomes a card in exile with 0 counters on it that has suspend, which is an important mechanical distinction.

So in other words I can exile a bunch of suspend cards from my graveyard with a relic of progenitus and time travel to cast them all for free on my next turn? I don't just make up these rulings when I post them.

A card is only considered to be suspended if it has at least one time counter on it, so time travel doesn't work.

Is this the storm support I have been looking for in white? I'm not sure if I can cram in the rules text for suspend here though, even if I adjust the wording on time travel. I do cube other suspend cards, but it's not like a big portion of my cube.

I don't think those expressions are compatible.

    General Custom Cards: The Lab

In practice, how appealing is a Sovereign's Bite (if even that) stapled to your stax piece? Seems like a lot of real estate to use on something relatively inconsequential.

Sets (LCI & REX) Lost Caverns of Ixalan and Jurassic Park spoilers

Not only are they thematically planeswalker-specific, they also draw a card. Calling it a scry token is a bit of a reach. And explore being set-specific is why I assume they wouldn't want to do it, since they have grown pretty fond of these trinkets and it would make it hard to reuse elsewhere...

mechanics within mechanics I would make a guess it's 1 mana to scry 2 or something just going off the triggered ability.

    General Custom Cards: The Lab

Crawl is pretty cool. The Grimoire feels a bit too "gamey" to me, like it's just a creature so connive makes sense, and it could probably just be an artifact that looted on etb and play identical in most games. I'm not really invested in the body, so the decision point of connive is not about...

Rest assured I have no intention of engaging further, but to clarify, the question was why you made this post, which would suggest I'd think otherwise, when I did in fact read both cards before I made the initial comment. I don't know, I feel like this does too many things that end up being...

If you did not write in with the intent of supporting Erik Twice's assertion, then what purpose was it supposed to serve? Why did you feel the need to post it? I do not know how to parse the insinuation that I am somehow not aware that magic cards have different text boxes, and that I would find...

Would you like to expand on how those differences in card text would let you reason that Parallax Wave is better than Galadriel's Dismissal?

This is certainly the first time I have heard someone say this about a card that can be played for a quarter of the mana cost.

    General Custom Cards: The Lab

You don't have to abide by official color schemes if it hurts readability, I've heard a lot of complaints about how difficult it is to parse the triomes. Also this is rather pedantic and I'm also esl so I could be wrong, but I think the word "longing" implies a yearning for a change in the...

Somewhat intrigued by this card as a modal protection and alpha-strike card, plus some defensive fog-like utility. Also somewhat relevant if some of you are still trying to enable stiflenaught.
