This one seems kind of cool too, after you fix the flavor issues. Probably less cubeable, though.

I hate it. I hate bubbling cauldron. I kinda hate the urzatron. Meh

But ashes to ashes is a super-aggro card, and damnation is a control card. Fair point on pauper black aggro already killing itself, though.

If there was a black aggro deck in pauper, it would play snuff out. But right now black is basically only in MBC, teachings, UB delver, and tortured existence decks. Delver could maybe handle snuff out, (and actually sometimes runs a copy or two), but doesn't usually run a lot of swamps.

Played instant version without "scry" for a little while, was nutty good, got complaints. Probably OK at sorcery I guess? Was much cooler when it supported ug flash and was better prowess support. Maybe I'll try it at instant with costs of 2/5 or something

Gifts is probably just better in cube. And certainly not too good. I'm trying out double gifts right now.

I suspect this will be good for Britains future, after getting through the next year or two. But I'm no expert, at all.

My useless input: I've been playing variable ulcerate (pay x life: -x/-x), and its super good, and I love it. But I probably need to make it a sorcery. :D. Dead weight is awesome when you can trigger constellation or get it back with auramancer. I may go that direction soon, based of EMA...

That's probably the answer. I think I want to try it with haste tokens of some kind, tho
