Aaaactually they did print bat tokens in several sets before now. (Very happy when it happened--with enough mana online, Skeletal Vampire is actually surprisingly pesky, been playing him on-and-off for years.) Gnome tokens also saw print in an Un-set.

Just wanted to point out that I *adore* this idea and also never stopped to notice they actually both care about Monarch. That is very sweet. Still not too sure what I think about Monarch in Limited. It feels so snowbally and really hard to come back from if you get behind. Modern Magic...

Agreed on both. I don't have enough dinosaurs for the 1st one but the card's design is really cool; I lol'd. Likely will finally replace Tasigur, the Golden Banana w/this beater and I bet he will show up in drafts.

Generally agree. Only reason I give Alexander (RAV) is 1) they're all the same artist..OCD..and 2) (self-centered) I happen to own playsets x 10 and it was a big level-up for me at the time. ;)

I'm pretty stoked over here! I really did enjoy Suspend (I built an Izzet block deck back during TSP that cared about it..) It wasn't great, but that probably describes *A LOT* of mechanics until they do a Commander deck that actually cares about, and applies NEW card design and modern power...

So, I still have about 50 or so casual 60-card decks floating around, but the *OLDEST* deck of my entire collection is a red Dash deck. It is *so* old it was a Viashino deck for many years before that lolol. Dash made it quite decent so I am very happy to see this new guy from out of nowhere.. <3
