A scry theme is quite an interesting approach in general, because it's such a broad mechanic with such a broad set of cards that can interact with it. A classic {G/U} "top of library" archetpye is one way to go about it. Otherwise it's relatively easy to fit into a cube as background structure.

RE: boros control, my favorite red sweeper for the archetype sweltering suns RE: the angel, it's quite a fun effect, but I'm not sure how consistent it will be in a cube draft environment. If you have a dedicated chunk of life gain effects, it is worth a deeper ponder at the very least.

Wouldn't it be most consistent to offer equivalent random pools of each color, at least for the 5 main colors? That is to say, 20 random from each color, then some amount from all the other cards. It would be nigh impossible for someone to have 0 decks with that sort of split. You'd at least...

The general GW color space has always been a struggle for me when trying make anything coherent. I currently have it left as like... "generic midrange color combo" for people who don't want to think to hard that night.

I have many of the same misgivings about all the top deck manipulation that might be required to "effectively" run temporal mastery. That would have a lot of secondary effects on decks (primarily blue I'd think) that might not be healthy for the environment trying to be built.
