    General Fight Club

Based on your desire to recur grindy enchantments, I would say the Storyteller works a little better. Blocks better and gains life for extending the game as needed.

That's a tough question to answer. Midrange by it's nature is like... very generic? So these cards do wonders supporting midrange. path to exile banishing light disenchant because having decent generalized removal is strong in a midrange style deck. I think white always has a strong...

Sram's Expertise puts in some good work while pumping out servos. I know not an X spell. Or an instant. But a nice card!

handling that urge for perfectionism is definitely a tough nut to crack. Glad to see a discussion on it. I am big into gardening, have been since I was a little tyke helping causing mayhem in my parents garden. I've recently managed to get back into it in a big way since getting my own place...

It depends a little on how fast your archetype is. For a defensive build, Young Pyromancer is the card that falls off really quickly, and the mystic is much better with it's solid blocking capabilities and steady flying board presence for blocking and chipping in points of damage.

reclamation is a much cleaner version of this effect, IMO, and the life loss limiting it's usability is a plus.

    Card/Deck The Selesnya Conclave (GW)

I'm telling you, I work and work on archetypes everywhere else on the color wheel, but in GW I just ensure I have a decent basic deck framework and it continues to go over swimmingly well. Sometimes people really just want that deck with creatures, some removal, and maybe a little draw. Like...

    Card/Deck The Selesnya Conclave (GW)

I've pretty much left it as my "let me take a break from thinking today" color pair. Basic curve out midrange decks, with some token undercurrents. Also in some ways my natural counterpoint pair to the overall graveyard theme of my cube (G and W have the best GY hate by and large).

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

It's not necessarily bad that G is less represented in that particular archetype. As long as there are other archetypes that G excels more in, I see no worries. I truthfully see Loathsome Chimera playing overall better for that deck and the general cube. At least a similar level of...

    Card/Deck [MCD] Equipment

The upfront cost and the fact that the new creature has to match the old creature's type help balance it out. I've found it to be quite fair, cube power level dependent of course.

heirloom blade This has seen decent play in my cube, and offers two mana sinks in the form of the equip and the creature draw effect.

I like the pelt collector, I don't think it grows too fast compared to E1, but the death trigger does give it good depth. Cloudfin raptor is great. An interesting fight because these cards seem to fill two different roles, and in two different colors. I don't think they'd be going in the same...

General Let's talk about generating value

Too easy to splash and easily overshadows other more interesting value-generation you might want in that section of green. Like how can I justify running something like genesis, one of my key sources of repeatable value in green, when I have that etb fatty?

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

Yeah I'm with Trainmaster here. And like, where are you "trapping" people? In a fun RG aggro deck? Doesnt seem like a "trap" that I'd feel bad about if I end up in a supported and fun deck. If RG aggro isn't otherwise supported, Gallia doesnt seem like a great slot choice anyways.

Pia Nalaar is great. Blinkable, and her other abilities both directly lend to closing the game out; besides Rasmus' point that flying tokens are better for board states than non-flying.

Fire Imp's issues are easily solvable I think. Otherwise I like the Giant a lot, and FTK is powerful. Do any of your decks actively need this sort of effect? Option is "don't have an etb red damage creature"

    General Custom Cards: The Lab

In terms of power level I would absolutely dare to go that far, if you are looking to have a defensive slant to it. Some version of hexproof (but maybe not hexproof) would probably help it on a more aggressive slant.
