There's a pretty good chance I go with Naya or Jeskai Heroic as another deck and I'd expect this to make the cut there.
EDIT: Or maybe I'll have one Boros deck, which will be Heroic. There's good U and G cards for it, but it's a primarily Boros theme. I was considering one White and one Red...
Nonblack on purpose.
"I wanted blue and green to be opposing colors, which could only be done with a 4 color environment. The supported colors are U, G, Uw, rU, Gr, wG, rUw, and rGw."
From the OP.
I had a weird idea where you'd cut a color from the cube and basic box, but insert Moxen as access to the color and some cards for it or something. Restrict the color but make it better. It's probably too high variance, but that was the only semi-fruitful idea I had.
Basic Shrine Box? No. No...
It's pretty sweet. Regrowth suffers a little from only being good mid-late game. Being an instant and adding flexibility is probably worth G in a lot of scenarios.
I think aggro would almost have to be anti-artifact, which runs the same risk that running efficient land destruction does. It might ruin a lot of games... But maybe your decks are so fucking strong that winning off land destruction doesn't seem that unfair here.
Not to derail, but now I'm...
I played with it once and found it very unsatisfying to win by so much and in such an unfun way. I don't know who would like to play with or against the card. The card came out of my deck before the next game.
Your blink deck lacks blink targets a bit.
Madness list needs Noose Constrictor big time. Spikeshot seems a bit out of place. Bloodbraid is low skill, high variance and I hate the card. I just added "Gruul Aggro Madness" in my thread if you'd like to compare/critique.
The Gifts list doesn't...
I was thinking it would be fun to have a cube where every card had been sharpied somehow. I particularly like removing words from text boxes. It's kind of difficult to find a good number of cards that get cooler and are an okay power level just by removing part of the text box, though. Gets a...
You could probably cut both cards at once with a good enough blade, ensuring the cut is the same size.
But Vel maybe be right (again, ugh) that the edit needs to be noticeable.
Changed theme of the format, as detailed in first post. Not using the most flexible fixing (Thrivings, Vivids) because I don't thematically want to enable anything GUx without the players having to pay for it.
Added seven new packs. All packs are alphabetized within their color. Irrelevant...
It looks like great value, but Velrun is probably right. It's very weak and very slow and rather conditional. Is Ramunap Excavator proving itself too good? Being a turn faster and not having to crash into the red zone is a big deal.
Stoic Builder is Cartographer if they'd chosen to hit the gym...
