While it doesn't necessarily break into fairmaxed Cubes, it fits reasonably well into plenty of environments a step or two below...

    Right now, I am at 75 removal spells out of 311 nonland cards, which equates to 24.11% removal. I included Thoughtseize effects that could hit creatures in this calculation. My removal As-Fan is 3.1245.
