Also be careful with combinations of strenghts/weaknesses which makes a color garbage. Green could do without creature destruction because its creatures where the biggest, cheapest, and so on. Sadly, this broke down when wotc decided to make creatures stronger overall in all colors.

Is it that hard? Many cubable cards have cycling (or add bicycle lands instead of duals, or add cycling basics to the basic land box).

As fun as it is, it is probably a bit one sided. You will always choose what is best for you (which makes it too easy to break the symmetry) which makes the card a tad too strong if you are just looking to have wraths at 6 mana.
