Wow, I got a double one, therefore I summon @Erik Twice, @Sheltem , @shamizy, and @TrainmasterGT. I will summon a target for deadshot minotaur , namely
Somnophore
And a nice reanimate
diabolic servitude
Well, there we go thanks @Sheltem for the tag, you and @dbs are up after I add Ankh of mishra to add a bit of counterplay and give a nice tension to battle cruiser styles (although a mana cost of 3 would be better).
Is nobody confused with the language? Seek, conjure? And how would you use this sarkhan in paper? It shaves perpetually 1 mana off dragons in your hand. How do you keep that information hidden without later having to prove that you did not cheat (especially if you have duplicates)?
I like them a lot. Do not forget Necromancy
Most here do not like protection, but return enchantments like Flickering ward can be quite good. Add some enchantresses and you have a nice deck.
I was thinking hard what to add. I saw a lack of kill spells and a lot of artifacts. I always like counterplay and am genuinely afraid that this cube will have board stall.
So I could suggest kataki, war's wage or Energy flux. To support single color I was thinking about Ankh of Mishra and...
If your cube is fast, e.g., Ismaru, hound of konda with Rancor then 3 real mana is probably already expensive enough. Leaving 4 mana up is a really a lot, but fair. Leaving 3 mana open already signals that trouble is up. The only time it is painful is when your opponent could not do anything...
Instant speed removal is not the problem for auras. Too cheap instant removal is. Make cheap removal sorcery, but allow also some counterplay in the form of enchantment removal or not so cheap instant removal.

To summarize: all embraces 2x, 2x rancor, pacifism like effects, steal and a few others. Around 5% of the cube are auras you want to put under your own creatures.
I have a urza block cube so I can chime in when auras are strong enough but not overpowering.
How does it work you ask?
1) In ye olde days creatures were weak compared to everything including auras, e.g. compare any 4 drop green creature ( Emperor Crocodile or Citanul Centaurs) with Gaea's...
I am to lazy to imgur some images but https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/kakapopo/storage-case-for-cards-deck-box-toploader-mtg-poke is exactly what I have. Sturdy, lightweight, and can hold at least 700 double sleeved cards, plus dice and so on.
I agree on those two white payoffs. They are splendid finds!
I do not like a mana base which makes many colors to easy. Magic is a game where every color has its restriction. Abolishing this turns all cards into 'colerless' ones, which in turn makes the game less rich than it is. Snuff Out is...
Double sleeve, on the inner sleeve stick a small colored sticker on every card in the same spot for each card. Probably bottom left or maybe in the lower left half.
