What about Command the Dreadhorde as an alternative?

Looking for UW card which is an artifact payoff or support card. Glassdust Hulk and Aerial Engineer are a little low power level. I'm thinking of adding either Thopter Foundry or Dovin, Grand Arbiter but open to other suggestions.

It's a bigger better Nekretaal but really, how interesting is Nekretaal? I think you can do better at 6 mana in black for a midrange/control finisher.

The Grand Calcutron I thought it might be funny, if not necessarily good, but it just made people miserable.

Oketra's Monument I tried it on a whim not expecting it to do very much and now it's one of my favourite cards in the cube.

But it did lead to "I give fear to all my legal targets" which is one of the best Genius/Grifter moments in Magic.

I thought it was intentional, like you're meant to take a second to register the orientation.
