Curator of Mysteries because it has cycling and is the most universally playable of the three. A finisher and a cantrip sharing a cube slot is huge in my view because it leaves more room for other effects.

It really depends on what the deck is. Usually, I my players tend to put equipments in aggressively slanted decks, where having higher stats is beneficial over extra keywords. For colorless equipments, I prefer the following: Grafted Wargear Heirloom Blade Vulshok Morningstar Captain's Claws...

I agree, this card is amazing. However, it tends to snowball a lot quicker than most other 2-drops. I would be weary of this card in slower environments- it can really punish decks that take a while to get going.

It's fine but not great. I'd consider it if I were running a dedicated equipment strategy but it's not close to where it needs to be for it to be worthwhile over other equipments in a non-dedicated deck in my view.
