If I don't see the archetype drafted beyond me forcing it, it's time to cut it. Luckily for me, my playgroup is full of guys who have been playing for years across multiple formats who play Limited like every new set so this isn't really an issue.

There was also a draft where LSV played two and it was shit. It was never a mainboardable card for me in EMA draft, it's a sweet sideboard card in super grindy matches but that's about it. Aside from that, there are way too many situations where this just ends up stranded in your hand.

I love Flip Nissa, she gives you some sweet card advantage if you're the ramp deck into the late game by either drawing you gas or clearing out lands from the top of your deck. She's a very cool card and it's only been laziness that has kept me from moving from my EDH deck to my actual cube list.

Permeating Mass is hilarious, but I really don't want that in my environment. It's just going to drag out into stalled boardstates until someone drops an evasive threat to go right past it. I'm not really trying to take a shit on aggro either with such a frustrating card.

I feel like it's two cards away from being a legitimate archetype you can support. There are more than enough BR enablers right now, just not enough payoffs in a higher powered environment. I think you could definitely deploy it if your power level isn't all that high though.
