Isn't that more dependent on evasion than the game size? Like, if you're attacking with a Storm Crow because you want to ninjitsu in your Fish Waifu, villain having a creature with reach is going to stifle that plan a lot more than villain having a million soldier tokens.

The main issue with Pack Rats is the issue with Thopter Foundry+Sword of the Meek or Oketra's Monument+Kor Skyfisher — once you get the "combo" online, it leads to some pretty repetitive play patterns.
