Starcraft would stand the test much better if the graphics weren't an eyesore (sorry, nostalgia fiends) and the controls weren't terribly unwieldy.

As for games that have stood the test of time, Super Smash Bros. Melee has been remarkably resilient. I mean, I guess it's "only" been 12 years but man that game still delivers.

Skullhunter is lovely.

I like Mulldrifter too, but it's a very Level 1 card. There's really no counterplay, which I think would be a plus for "best designed blah blah".
