Recurring Nightmare leads to the dumbest games of Magic. I wanted to love that card so much, and won far too many games with it, before finally breaking my disillusionment.
On a related note, I don't see why people are open to either "power max" cubes or complete gimmick cubes like 1-drop cubes or monoblue, but not things that just come at it from a legit design standpoint. Sorry to derail this, Ryan. :p
Do it! Maybe make a brief tutorial, and maybe we'll actually start drafting as a community every once and a while? Would be good to get some feedback from outside my own playgroup. I'm sure you all feel the same.
Tendo Ice Bridge
Tumble Magnet was good here (way better than Icy), Curse can get out of hand in a hurry. I don't currently run it but, I do run Path of Bravery so I'm probably just a butthole.
As everybody knows, but I will reinforce anyways, the Zoo dudes are super good here. Wild Nacatl is one of the best 1-drops here, but the competition for that title is pretty fierce.
I reset my cube all the time and don't know if the pick orders carry over. But I don't think I am the model CubeTutor user. I maintain my list(s) in a .txt file and upload it sporadically.
Uh, well, Jinxed Idol has been awesome here so I can't really imagine Mogis being bad. Two color devotion is also way way sweeter than one-color devotion.
I think if you treat the Bestow as the primary cost you may feel more favorable. Also, of course, it depends on what sort of power level you are looking at for the set as a whole. Bestow is such a cool mechanic. Now that they've used it and Totem Armor, I wonder what they'll come up with the...
