I've only got three definite inclusions for now, will have to take a closer look at the completed spoilers and see if I missed anything else: I've been actively looking to curb the number of DFC inclusions in my cube over the years, but Cecil, Dark Knight is too sweet of a design to ignore...

The alt-art on this is incredible. I'm going to have to revisit potential U/B artifacts synergies in my next update to figure out the best way to include it.

This card is sweet. Cool way to branch artifact and reanimator archetypes through Grixis colors and being able to Surveil off any artifact gives it a lot of potential. Raise Dead at the end of each of your turns gives you grindy potential in the late game ala Meren of Clan Nel-Toth and while I...

I don't currently run any cards from Alara Reborn, but I've run the following cards in my cube at different times: Terminate Bloodbraid Elf Qasali Pridemage Maelstrom Pulse For the most part these have been outclassed by cards that are more flexible like Kolaghan's Command and Mawloc, cards...

I still run 5 cards from Mirrodin Besieged nowadays: Hero of Oxid Ridge is probably my favorite card from this set; it's just a neat tidy package as a curve topper for R/x decks. I've always preferred it more than Hellrider due to its human typing and the pseudo-evasion it grants to your...

Currently running 3 cards from the Fallout decks, big fan of them all: Pre-War Formalwear is just an awesome equipment giving your lower to the ground aggressive decks and some midrange W/x decks some more grinding potential with on-rate recursion. The auto-equips we've gotten in recent years...

Oh man I forgot Prime Time existed, that card has been a stone-cold staple for my cube from the very beginning. It just does everything I'd ever want from a ramp payoff card and holds up extremely well. Never been disappointed with it in any of my G/x decks and still inspires a ton of depth with...

M11 was before my time so I've got no stories to share, but the three cards I'm still running nowadays are the following: I've been on the verge of cutting Sun Titan now and then, but it always seem to crop up in a game to stabilize and buy itself another 6 months on deck. It's mostly at home...

Yup. I use reddit to keep up with other hobbies, but it's a miserable forum experience for actual discussion. And you'll never be able to accurately reference anything in the future unless you've saved the link. It's the main reason I don't use discord either for cube discussion. Voice chat or...

C15 was a fun commander set. I picked up the Meren of Clan Nel Toth pre-con and had a lot of fun with it. She was an awesome Golgari value card and I wish that I could find a slot for her in cube, but I hate tracking experience counters and they are such an inelegant mechanic. If they could...

Yeah, the only reason I even found this place years back was through Jason's articles on CFB a decade plus ago. Everywhere else online was pretty uninspiring in terms of discussion and he was the only one on a bigger site that was putting out unique cube content diving a bit deeper into gameplay...

Huh. I guess so. That's weird that its listed; I don't think we've ever seen that formatting for an equip cost.

Why does it randomly say Diana? I've never played FFXIV so that's completely lost on me, but it just looks really bizarre on this card.

It's kind of getting lost in the shuffle nowadays with how many more cube resources there are, but there was a time when the go-to for base cube design was vintage cubes and whatever certain subsets of users were claiming as the "best" options for inclusion. Discussion wasn't nearly as open or...

This definitely gets most cube environments to the critical mass necessary for dedicated +1/+1 count themes branching through GW decks. So many playable versions of this effect now: Luminarch Aspirant Siege Veteran Bristly Bill, Spinesower Scythecat Cub

I think that's the main interest for me; a card that can branch both Spellslinger and artifact archetypes. Third Path Iconoclast fills a similar role right now but it's most a boring value card. I'd rather have more of a cool identity card for the color combination. This feels like a design that...

Cool chicken, I think the Bird text is all additive distraction when this is ultimately just a Panharmonicon for Landfall triggers. 3/2 for 3 is passable if unexciting, but you could do worse swapping this in for either Courser of Kruphix or Augur of Autumn as your top of library pseudo-card...

Sweet design, the kind of card that makes you want to play more of a U/R spellslinger deck by giving you a sizable roadblock after a few triggers and also passively pinging. Culminating in big double-spell turns down the line. Also another wizard for Flame of Anor! I also love that they just...

I would have agreed with that early on, but with the insanely successful sales of LoTR and with Final Fantasy being sold out across the board already (prerelease is going to be insanely packed in my local area), it's clear that WoTC has zero incentive to change course. And even their internal...

UB bothered me way more when it first released, but with all of WoTCs decisions in the past few yeas I just don't really care anymore. They killed Constructed for the most part in favor of Commander, they shoveled in way too much product to keep up with yearly, and they've mostly abandoned...
