Could Serra Paragon be fixed by adding “perpetually” between “it” and “gains”?

It makes me wonder if the rules managers have been befuddled by the alchemy cards.

So yes, but that can't be done in paper, and alchemy is mostly separate because the rules team won't care any more than the coding team will
