I tried to play cube yesterday and it hailed, so we had to go home. The day before people just didn't want to play. At least I crushed with Rakdos Aggro. RW Burn is also fun to pilot. It's more limited in resources, but it has a decent chance to win anything except GR Monsters.

I need to find a deck to play at a Game Day that doesn't have "Bolt you" as a wincon... I guess that'll change when people start playing early creatures in my area.

i've known green is the best color in my cube for a little while. tonight i had 3 other ppl from my cube looking through the whole list with me discussing individual cards, and we got to the green section and every card ranged from good to insane and that wasn't true about the other colors. green world

How much of your green is custom, compared to the the proportion of custom cards in the rest of your cube?

yes

only a handful of cards in my cube like dark confidant and lightning bolt are not custom at all

pretty much the same amount (sort of all of it but not really?). a lot of it i think is environment. a card like strangleroot geist which the only change its gotten is it costs {2/G}{G} don't normally fit this bill but since green aggro actually exists, its now a great card

the worst green card is probably nylea which despite normally being eh is pretty good because the rest of green is the best

I think what he means is how many cards in your green section got BIG changes? People can look at Strangeroot geist and kitchen finks above and just be like "Oh you made card x a bit better/worse" (I dunno I've never drafted your enviornment, maybe being a cleric is a downside :p)

But like some of the charms I've seen you post are wholly new creations. How many of those are there in there?

well determining an answer to this question is a bit fuzzy but at a quick glance i would say its in about the middle of the pack in terms of number of big changes to cards or completely new cards. red has almost twice as many big things different, and either red or black are the 2nd best color

i think a big part of it is probably related to a big increase in the number of artifact creatures means naturalize effects are now often creature removal

a few months ago i tried to ultimate price something and then it got pointed out to me that i can't even though i totally can and i swear i read the card but now i guess i didn't

maybe it was all a dream
