A common mistake - "not:shit" gives you every card with an attached with a "notable" field set to "shit", which is ignored right now because it's been deprecated. You're looking for "-is:shit"... and you really should be using "q:good" instead of "is:good -is:shit" because that's literally what the "quality" field is for.
More seriously, if you make a Scryfall account you can change the default filters to automatically exclude digital-only and "funny" cards, among some other things.
EDIT: I only found out about the account thing today because I went "man, it'd be nice if you could make an account that lets you limit your search results automatically" and then I decided to actually check and see if that was already a thing. It is, but boy howdy is it hidden away in that bit on the bottom along with the kinda naff Space Invaders clone.

Still have to do not:ub not:dfc, but that's a slight improvement. Can also tell it to default sort by something other than name. I usually prefer by color.
Kind of weird that the account doesn't have a password.
Save the text as a file somewhere on your PC and copy paste it?

You can actually bookmark your default Scryfall query and edit it to add in the extra search parameters.
E.g. https://scryfall.com/search?q=legal:vintage+not:ub+not:dfc&unique=cards&as=grid&order=name
Just make that your bookmark instead of https://scryfall.com/ and you’re good to go!

The only way I ever access scryfall is typing S C and then hitting tab and entering my query

Its strictly worse, isn't it? Scryfall took over the same codebase and has been building that since they caved, no?

I can’t even remember what Magiccards.info looked like. I do seem to remember missing some features missing from Scryfall compared to Magiccards, but to be honest, it’s very rare I find myself looking for something and the perfect Scryfall query doesn’t exist. I think saying Scryfall is worse than Magiccards.info was is probably just looking back with rose-tinted glasses?
