I lose the match, the first one in about ten drafts, and the software manages to hand out a Tragic Arrogance as the consolation price...

Someone on here was talking about Cremate being like a black Brainstorm (in jest, I believe) and it got me thinking, what about a red Brainstorm? Would it be doable with this new temporary draw thing that Red does?

If you mean a red draw spell, yes. If you mean a card that redefines legacy, probably not
