What's the appeal of brutal expulsion? I'm not seeing it.

The phoenix is pretty likable. Doesn't have the OMG ASSKICKING factor of Thundermaw, but its always nice to have a wincon you can safely loot away while you are trying to hit early land drops/find removal. Plays well in all of the dumb stormbind-driven decks I love to build.
