    Card/Deck Werewolves

Tolsimir, Garruk and Master of the Wild Hunt all look very strong to me. Kessig Cagebreakers is a lovely gy payoff and token producer.

    Card/Deck Werewolves

@ Onder nope, I find most of them lackluster or even somewhat poisonous. Maybe If you're really in the lower end of powerlevel, but that's something I'm not really qualified to talk about.

    Card/Deck Werewolves

M20 released, and there's one card in that Core Set that makes me think (again) if I should implement more Werewolves into my cube. Just found this thread and I'm glad that people already had the ideas I have in my mind right now, and that they didn't sound hopeless to them. :D Wish there would...

But what the fuck, it's clearing up those boards AND is a hasty 5/5 flyer for 5! what the hell is wrong with that design, it's just ridiculous and fucked up.

    Sets [M20] Core Set 2020

Out of my mind and just in Grixis colours.. Discard matters, aristocrats, artifacts, reanimator Altar definitely being one of the worst of them all. I like Demonic Rising instead. :)

    General Mass Removal/Sweepers

I didn't miss them, as I wrote that even cmc5 wraths seem to be a bit strong, at least for me. :D Maybe it's not a good start for a thread if I only put the cards in that I consider. :D :D Do you like Tragic Arrogance better than Cataclysm? And I totally forgot about Dusk/Dawn, will edit it...

    General Mass Removal/Sweepers

When designing your cube, you have to make a choice about the powerlevel of your removal. A lot of us have toned down their spot removal suite (at least a bit) but what about mass removal? I feel like we missed that one out (or maybe it's just me) but it is of utter importance to balance your...

Speaking of.. Giver of Runes vs. Devoted Caretaker In a lower powered environment. Giver still looks too strong (as Mother definitely is) while I'm not sure if the Caretaker is good enough?

I thought about Changeling Outcast, too. A human/zombie 1drop that is aggressive and helps ninjas sounds great obv. My problem with it: I don't like 'unblockable' and prefer flying. For me, it's Defy Gravity instead of Artful Dodge, and a Faerie Seer looks far more interesting for ninjutsu...

    General Fight Club

Ranger of Eos vs Ranger-Captain of Eos Which one do you like better? Tutoring two 1drops is something I really like with quite some of them in my list. Also, having 2 toughness is pretty relevant and something I like. The Ranger-Captain has built in protection for aggro decks which is...

    Card/Deck Single Card Spotlight

Those odyssey duals have some truely beautiful art attached to them. I'm kind of frustrated they didn't print the enemy coloured cycle back then, in the old frame. :( @ mana rocks: even if they come down tapped, every deck still wants them. you'll need to restrict them further if your cube is...

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

Secrets of the Dead I find this to be way more boring, and I'm personally going for creatures with the same type of effect instead of enchantments/artifacts if I'm able to. Creatures are easier to handle and I HATE that there's so little enchantment/artifact removal that isn't blank half of...

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

As I support +1/+1 counters, I have to be aware of adding Persist creatures to my cube. This one actually looks very playable, for mentioned reasons. Need to test If it's actually TOO good, but thanks for pointing it out!

GREAT SET That being said, there are lots, LOTS of cards I want to try: Astral Drift Bogardan Dragonheart Ephemerate Faerie SeerFists of Flame Good-Fortune Unicorn Magmatic Sinkhole Scour All PossibilitiesSeasoned Pyromancer Winding Way Yawgmoth, Thran Physician Cycling, as well as blink...

You didn't like Banshee but think Hatchling could be a bit weak? I'd say they do compare really well in powerlevel concerns. Anyway, I like the art on both, so I'll just put those two into my cube and see. :) I like your reasoning on Allosaurus. Ravager Wurm is a multicolour card and I like...

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

X plus one makes it better at 4 mana (it's the top 4 cards) and being powerful at X > 6 definitely isn't a problem for me. Will try them both and see. :) Talking about cards that make piles and let you choose: Boneyard ParleyDeath or Glory More interesting than Twilight's Call as...

General [WAR] War of the Spark

So, how do people think about the new planeswalker design in Cube? A lot of riptidelab users don't add a lot of PWs to their cubes as they tend to be pretty nuts with their value abilities often times ending in big Ultimates that win the game, but in WAR there are a lot of PWs that aren't...
