Start with the basics. For example, add 20 basic lands to the draft pool, and have them all be worth 2 credits. I cut the utility land draft because it added too much overhead to the draft, I can't even imagine how much overhead this concept would add. Cool if you can streamline it though. I would definitely start with a simple execution to test it, not the hodge-podge of payment methods you thought of above.

Creature lands, at least the fair ones, and that mainly excludes Colonnade, which is just bonkers, are good in and against decks with wraths. As such, they do fill a niche imho.

All I know it was pretty good in Mirrodin block drafts, especially with the vigilance kitty.

I run double Figure of Destiny as well! Boros aggro is the deck that wants aggressive one-drops the most, and this is basically the only option you can include to specifically help Boros decks get to a critical number of one drops.
