i used to restrict all counterspells to cost 3 or more, and this would be a SLAM DUNK in that environment…. i love it and i want the same thing but at 1 less mana that miscalculates instead of counterspells. such a good modal spell!

They are so cute! I am also toying with the idea of using the adventure hook basics and forcing my players to read the hooks out loud when they play the lands muwahahaha

yeah hard evidence and hieroglyphic illumination are both lovely blue draw spells.

if you are looking for a blue 4 drop i have been very happy at high power with curator of mysteries and i suspect it scales downward VERY well as the value is the modality.

too swingy and uninteractive for a low power cube, too costly and clunky for a high power cube

please let the evolving wilds module become a real thing

If your environment is such that it’s easy to draft and play Entomb as a cantrip and/or combo tutor, that’s the one. The others are all pretty overcosted for what they do IMO, with the exception that Lamia is a reasonable threat in retail environments. The MH2 cards cost too much/bodies too...
