Yes. Your highest EV is paying {3}{U}, and discarding (for example) Commit // Memory, Urza's Saga, and Torrential Gearhulk, creating six Spirit tokens, or 1.5 Spirit token per mana spent. That's quite a ridiculous rate, but you are binning some pretty relevant spells in that scenario.
