Hey Rob, you listening? We need a deck visualizer program. Drag and drop a list of cards, get a deck image out.

    Eldrazi Domain Cube

The nice thing about the set of Batallion cards is that since the benefits are marginal, the cards tend to be pretty playable on their own. Legion Loyalist, Firemane Avenger and Daring Skyjek aren't too far off of playable without a batallion clause. I like the token ideas (a little bit), but am...

    Card/Deck Chrome Mox

I wanted to like Chrome Mox. Really. But it was always such a blank for me. The trouble is that it looks like it is a fixer, when often it is just a hand ruiner. You need black mana for some sweet spell but only have red cards in hand. Chrome Mox is (in my opinion) at its best in less-color...

    Nathan's Cube

Blasting Station has been really good (and fun). Last game I played with it came down to the wire. I untapped with my opponent at 8, while he sat with an army that was going to swing for lethal. Blasting Station pinged him down to 1, and on his upkeep he died to his own Dark Confidant. I thought...

It's in the file, I forgot to post it to the thread.

    Jesse's Retro Cube

Hi Jesse, thanks for posting. I didn't play Magic in that era so I know almost none of those cards. Flicked through some "sample hands" and found this crazy looking card: Dude must buy Visine in bulk. Looking forward to seeing the decklists from your next draft.

    Nathan's Cube

Out of curiosity (as surely you know my stance on singleton), do you find there to be any environmental advantages to keeping singleton, or is it more of a personal preference thing? Lately I've been really embracing redundancy as a necessary factor for promoting synergy over raw card power...

    CML's Cube (405, polychromatic)

Yeah, that's kind of the point. I will run it in decks with few if any interactions. The fixing was very relevant, and Turn 1 Lotus Cobra into Turn 2 Fetchland was pretty strong as well. Basically landing any of our 3 or 4 drops a turn earlier (e.g. Turn 2 Geist, Turn 3 Ajani/Elspeth) was...

    Card/Deck Riptide Laboratory (the card)

Volrath's Stronghold is very powerful. It is one of the few utility lands that can hold its own in the regular section of the cube. It's always a strong pick in the utility draft too. The card is at its scariest in a big dumb Timmy Golgari Thragtusk deck.

    Eldrazi Domain Cube

For the utility land stack: The other theme I was looking at is our favorite five-color tribe, Elementals. Obviously we have Evoke and its really nice interplay with Morbid. I wonder if we can't support some sort of Elemental control deck. Unfortunately there don't seem to be many cards...

    Eldrazi Domain Cube

Cost matters as an interesting effect in an Eldrazi cube? Duskmantle may be a little OP in this setting. Ludicrous ways to create lots of mana? Ways to flip the bird to Eldrazi tokens. Things to populate (just kidding, legendary token). Ways to spend lots of mana.

    General Unique Cards

I don't think it is bad design to have cheap cards that are guaranteed to make their way to a control player (i.e. Condemn). It's a bit of a judgment call. I want our control decks to be doing things early, and this has been a useful card to have around. But maybe I have one of the only cubes...

    CML's Cube (405, polychromatic)

    MoxDiamond.dec. Because on your birthday you drink beer, draft 4-color aggro and 3 - 0 (6 - 0).

    CML's Cube (405, polychromatic)

I really think Mox Diamond is good enough without interactions, but maybe others can attest otherwise. Life From the Loam Fetchlands Deathrite Shaman Grim Lavamancer Crucible of Worlds (Cycling lands) Cataclysm Smallpox (Armageddon) (Balance) (Fastbond) Knight of the Reliquary Tarmogoyf...

    Card/Deck Ral Zarek

I'll second the love for Electrolyze. So much value in one card. But as I said before, I'm pretty indifferent between the various Izzet spells. All I really care about is getting Ral into the Izzet section, one way or another.

Hah, if you're going to discuss underhanded tactics, maybe don't post them so... publicly? :) Also I'd really prefer if it were somebody that was not me posting that stuff. For a number of reasons really.

Hi guys, so as you may have noticed we're a small community. That's nice, as people here are all respectful and make great insightful posts, but it would be great if there were more of you! Do you guys have any ideas on ways to get more contributing members? I think there are many people who...

    Eldrazi Domain Cube

I am approaching the initial 360 card rough rough draft. The basic card outline is: Monocolor - 230 cards Multicolor - 65 cards (many hybrid) Fixing - 45 cards (Two Fetch, ABU, Shocklands, 5 5-color lands) Colorless - 20 Currently working on a weird aggro-proliferate package. Not sure if...
