I don't think there's an answer to this. It depends on a couple dozen (or more) variables. Density of gold spells, density of hybrid spells, cost of sweepers, speed of aggro decks, critical turn of control decks, number and strength of colorless cards, etc. For what it's worth my current cube...

I would add that, in my opinion, it's less about whether they are too strong and more about whether they are what you want to be strong (or even present) in your set. There's not a right or wrong, it's just a decision to be made.
