It's a combination of Tatsunari, Toad Rider and the face generals from the Commander 2019 Morph deck.
The morph deck has no impact on it. BUG's extras are Tatsunari, Ana Battlemage, Jorn, God of Winter, Savage Gorilla and Urborg Elf, compared to RUG's sole Rattleclaw Mystic. The remaining cards for each belong to the same cycles.
the distinction between mass removal and pinpoint removal, and maybe noncreature removal, is enough as far as tags go, imho.haha like i said, the only tag i actually use is “cut this”woah blacksmithy, way too much granularity on the removal spells for my taste
