We should 100% do this once we get to pick ~30ish. I'm not sure about earlier than that

The modern roto with Suthcliffe started double picks at pick 21, so halfway through (they went to 42 picks).

If we do this, I think the reasonable rounds to start this on are round 21, 25, 29, or 33 (has to be divisible by 4, plus 1). I think 21 feels a bit early to me, so that leaves 25, 29, or 33.
