They all cost 5

Why are we talking about my quote from a few pages ago, and not the actual planeswalker you're trying to design? :p

I thought I was more sassing bootmeister.

Like +1 draw a card is great and all but how often can you use that shit on a 5 cc investment that comes down with 3hp? If your opponent isn't gonna have a hell of an advantageous attack when you play this sucker they either ain't trying or they probz weren't winning this one anyway lole.

Like with sarkhan at least you have a 4/4 flyer, that's progressive, that's a fucking impact. Whats a damn detain? An invitation to detain next turn too?

Equip B1
Equipped creature gets +2/+1 and gains deathtouch
When equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, you may sacrifice it. If you do, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped

That's why I lowered the casting cost to {2}{W}{U}.

I totally missed that I was sassed though, sorry for not reacting appropriately! ;)

look, someone was going to post one of these damned things

Choose three. You may choose the same mode more than once.
• Put target spell or nonland permanent on top of its owner’s library.
• Counter target activated or triggered ability.
• Search your library for land card and put it into your hand. Shuffle your library.

nonland

but yeah mostly no. look it's a confluence, which means it's based on a card from a commander set, so if you're expecting me to put more thought into it then the people that made the commander sets, come on man
That's a bit unfair, I'm fairly certain WotC put more thought into their commander cards than that. But eh, I lol'ed anyway :)

You guys got any better ideas for rg disruption?
I'm always drawn to the memory of trinity green and turn 2 stone rain decks.

More copies of molten rain?
I kinda worry about how well wanting to stone rain your opponent off plays and decks that want to curve out 1-2-3 work in the same enviornment

I think you already have enough wastelands for that to be an awful idea. Doesn't really help RG though unless we give them something to capitalize off land synergies

I wonder if this is broken/worth playing at all:

{2}{R}
Whenever a creature you control attacks, if it has a +1/+1 counter on it, ~ deals 1 damage to target creature that hasn't been dealt damage this turn.
1/1

?

Wanted a UG value planeswalker, even though we have Kiora's everywhere now. This one's more of a faster tempo than those, cause +1 -> -3 is a strong enough play as is, but can get stronger. Which makes me ponder is the ulti is a little on the good side.

I wonder if this is broken/worth playing at all:
seems strong, and limited by the force of will support. Interesting that the creatures have to divide their damage; kinda like a creative way of giving menace cause it makes blocking harder.

seems kinda strong at 3
both +1s seem kinda broke on a 3

it could easily be tamed by:
-land -> basic land
-tap creature, dont untap -> creature doesn't untap
and of course mana could be added

EDIT: or, the second can be an untap of your creature, so half of new kiora's ability. I was aiming for Card Advantage, self protection, VALUE, in that order

Finding a basic land every turn while progressively getting to something crazier (that you are making more likely to be crazy given the fact you've probably thinned 4 lands out of your deck by the time it happens) is pretty strong on a 3cc walker.
The other ability on a 3 looks a lot like a way better arrest.

Make it only basic lands and make it a 4? I mean tamy is a good example of how powerful this card would be.

I don't know how much of tamiyo is held up in the fact that she's invincible vs a single threat, and how much is tied up in her (subtly amazing) -2.

I think a 4cc walker with tamiyo +1 could be fine, and a 2 color walker would totally be fine.

I know I hate making more blue cards

Would you run these in the utility land draft?

Land - Eroding Peaks
~enters the battlefield tapped
t: add {1} to your mana pool
4R, t, sacrifice ~: destroy target artifact, ~ deals 3 damage to that artifact's controller.

Land - Glimmerfaint Steppe
~enter sthe battlefield tapped
t: add {1} to your mana pool
4W, t, sacrifice ~: exile target enchantment, put a 2/2 white cleric token into play
