Yeah, this was a big talking point in the Smash reddit the other day.
It's actually a really awful article, based on some terrible quotes by the most annoying person in the Smash community. Smash players don't make much, no, but much of his public persona comes across as being really whiny. "I'm the best at Smash 4, why aren't they giving me more money."
If you're looking to maximize your financial expectation, playing Smash full time probably isn't the best bet, but he's not exactly being revelatory in making such a statement.
Well, the main contrast is there are people in the community that are far less whiny, in either direction of the earning spectrum. Nobody has ever sold competitive Smash as an "advisable career choice", so...

Community is the best though, I actually watched multiple episodes of that show (which is pretty rare, I still haven't seen a single episode of Game of Thrones, which looks like something I'ld enjoy).

Game of Thrones is a bad show propped up by a ginormous budget, decent cast, and good source material.

I'm just gonna throw an unpopular opinion out there and say that while The Wire was and is an amazing show(one of my favs), I like GoT better. I can't really put my reasoning why into words. It just feels better?
