If I played EDH I'd have to play that ad nauseum deck so that I could be all 'BUT YOU HAD FUN, RIGHT' as quickly as possible and then go play something else. Or something just stupid permission/prison deck so noone could play anything, and then I'd elixir to mill everyone to death passively...

If they want to ban oppressive things, tutors and/or infinite combos should probably be looked at before 'this thing that if I draw my one copy of it and it doesn't get countered and it doesn't get exiled and some flickers and/or reanimation that also don't get countered then it gets abusive'...

The good (broken?) storm cards are all in red. Not that I'm advocating combo storm, but value storm might be interesting, with incidental combo storm sometimes?

If you don't need the mana right now, fetching for a shock or a dual is a null decision, you get the colours you need. If you need the mana right now, you have to get the colours you need. If your choice is between your UG shock or your UB dual to get U, my heart bleeds for your ability to play...

There is no point in putting a dual in your deck, into play, actually anything that incurs any opportunity cost. There's nothing interesting to be said about any of them. They're never a wrong option over any other nonbasic, and only end up worse than basics if your opponent and/or environment...

Duals are fundamentally uninteresting. Why would you ever not just jam it whenever the fuck you feel like.

I like that the French 'command names' all have exclamations, and am disappointed English doesn't. 'And bang in the face!' is a way better name than "noggin whack" too.

Snare! Shock! There's some magic ones as well, but they're not as good.

I think that's partly due to how cubetutor works; cards that are drafted highly will get grabbed by the bots, and if you grab a new card, it's suddenly the most highly drafted due to lack of being passed. More drafts help this effect, but it's still sucky.
